Coming to tubes OMSO disposes of automatic machine for dry-offset printing in up to 8 colours on rigid and soft cylindrical tubes. Highly modern technical solutions are available (as on TUBEST and on the brand new SEN.BAR) and allow the system to be configured in different ways, depending on the user’s needs and demands. Also in this case, particular attention has been paid to shortening the format change times and the machine “down times” required for cleaning and servicing purposes. As said before, different configurations are foreseen, in particular concerning the number of the mandrels and further variations concerning print and lacquer curing. Obviously, rich is the offer concerning the variety of optional parts like lacquering unit or machine for auxiliary applications (PLURIMA). For what concerns the silk screen on tubes, OMSO proposes a machine upto 3 colours, complete with the lacquering unit as option (RS 232) and another model (RS 239) single-colour on hollow cylindrical containers such as tubes, but also jars and capsules.
