OMSO is excited to announce the newest member in the family of servo-driven decorating printers. ServoBottle is a high speed screen printing machine for plastic or glass bottles and containers. With the successes of the previous ServoTube and M3 (up to 9-color and up to 3-color respectively) flexographic and screen combination printer for tubes and also with the successful launch of patent applied (400 ppm) Servo Cup.
ServoBottle has servo-axis controlled movements and can decorate with precision color-to-color registration (.0015) objects of various shapes and/or sizes, up to a maximum of 7 colors.
Rotary in design, the small footprint (11 12 ft. dia) makes ServoBottle invaluable with planning for tight production floor space. ServoBottle’s “tool less” bottle fixtures and only 12 stations, allow changeover from bottle to bottle at a fast 5-10 minutes per color. ServoBottle uses energy saving UV curing and other smart components which all contribute to over 50% savings in power consumption.
Modularity describes ServoBottle’s ability to add or remove print heads, whether being screen, future digital or hybrid technology. The debut of the ServoBottle is coming to OMSO-Italy with an “Open House”… followed soon by another “Open House” event at OMSO North America in Erlanger, KY.
