OMSO SpA is proud to announce that we have opened a state of the art manufacturing facility in India to help us reach our goal of supplying superior print technology to all facets of the market place at considerable savings to the end user. This facility in the sea side city of Goa will focus exclusively on Imprex manufacturing.
The OMSO Imprex silk-screen platform was introduced in 1995 and is available in 2, 4, and 6 color configurations allowing our customers major flexibility and maximum speed up to 70 parts per minute. The IMPREX is capable of printing cylinder, oval and flat three dimensional plastic containers. Since inception this platform has been well received in international markets such as Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia with 400 heads functioning worldwide and multiple units in production in the North American market. Utilizing a proven and stable V-rail transport system tooling cost is minimal and change-over-times are reduced. An enhanced pick and place loads the machine, pre-treatment is by flame, cleaning is by de-ionized air and curing is by Fusion 450T. The PLC and interface are industry leading Siemens S7 supported directly by US based OMSO staff. Auxiliary equipment such as automated feeding, leak detection, vision inspection and stand up units can be easily added to the modular design. Safety, accessibility and line of sight are improved by “up and away” shuttle style doors with all major components within trouble-free reach.

This facility is overseen by an engineering team from Italy who will ensure that our uncompromising standards are followed throughout the manufacturing process.
